PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet of disposable sweat-removing paper enabling a user to change without taking time or selecting a place when sweating while out with various reasons such as walking, dining or climbing, and capable of easily removing sweat without the need of bringing a towel and taking home each time. SOLUTION: This sheet of disposable sweat-removing paper is set with a lengthwise shrinkage (1) on the surface, a hole (2) to entirely insert the head into and an incision (3) to be torn off at the shoulder, and an adhesive tape (4) on the side.
