PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working tool connecting device having a simple, low bulk and light weight structure to allow quick attaching, detaching and replacing of distal end working tools in a single operation with very good operability. SOLUTION: This working tool connecting device T is constituted of parts 10a for mounting working tools to mount the distal end working tools 1 and 2 such as driver bits and drills at both end parts. Each of the parts 10a is provided with a hole 11 for mounting, a through hole 13 provided in a part of a peripheral wall 12 of the hole 11 to pass through the inside and outside of the peripheral wall 12, a ball 20 for preventing coming-off stored in the through hole 13, and a spring ring 30 mounted on an outer periphery of the peripheral wall 12 to elastically press the ball 20 in a partially projected state from the through hole 13 into the hole 11. The elastically pressed ball 20 is elastically fitted into engagement grooves 1c and 2c of the distal end working tools 1 and 2 inserted into the hole 11 to prevent the distal end working tools 1 and 2 from coming off.
