PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat mounted on a toilet bowl 1 including an air extract device, extracting ideal air in toilet space by CMV (controlled mechanical ventilation). SOLUTION: This seat provided on the toilet bowl 1 including an air extract device includes: a ring-like part 4, which is sealed on the toilet bowl 1 and applied thereon, and provided with an air inlet 6 at the front and an air outlet 7 in the rear; and a cover 11 set not to start washing unexpectedly in an open position and to seal the front air inlet 6 in the closing position, wherein the outlet 7 is connected to the air extract devices 14, 15 by pipes 8, 9, 10.
