PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of body fluid between a first elastic member and a second elastic member when a leg surrounding elastic member of a disposable wearing article includes the first elastic member positioned in the front half and the second elastic member positioned in the back half. SOLUTION: The leg surrounding elastic member 5 of the wearing article 1 such as a disposable diaper includes the first arc elastic member 15 attached mainly to the front half of an arc leg surrounding portion 14, the second arc elastic member 16 attached mainly to the back half, and a third elastic member 17 that crosses the first and second elastic members 15 and 16 and stretches longitudinally along the article 1 in the middle of a crotch region 8.
