PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball tossing tool without using power allowing ball hitting practice for baseball or softball by oneself. SOLUTION: The ball tossing tool without using power is supported and constituted by a stand which mainly comprises a ball pool 1, a ball pass pipe 6, a shooter 8, a strut 91, a plurality of arms 92, and a base 93. Rotor blades A31 and B32, pulleys 41 and 42, and a belt 7 are attached to the ball pool 1 and the ball pass pipe 6, and a big gear 121, a small gear 122, a disk rotor 131, and an adjusting screw 132 having break pad are provided so that each of them works for sending a ball one by one from the ball pool 1 to the ball pass pipe 6 in order to release the ball from the shooter 8 toward a person practicing hitting. The person can automatically and periodically practice hitting alone in a ground without a power source except when a cord with loop or a stopper pin 11 is pulled out first for manually releasing a ball stopping state.
