The present invention relates to an electronic apparatus for measuring body fat including: a plurality of optical sources which are disposed separate from each other by a set interval in one direction so as to correspond to a measurement part of a subject to be measured, and sequentially irradiate light in near-infrared region; a single detector for sensing light, which is not absorbed and is reflected by fat, from among the light irradiated by each of the optical sources, to derive absorbance; and a calculation module including a memory unit for storing information for thickness of fat based on classification categories of subjects to be measured and a control unit for calculating thickness of the fat of the subject to be measured using the sensed absorbance on the basis of information corresponding to a classification category, to which the subject to be measured belongs, among the classification categories. |
