<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse-bias treatment device and a reverse-bias treatment method that achieve a reduction in reverse-bias treatment time of a plurality of serially-connected photoelectric conversion elements. <P>SOLUTION: When subjecting a plurality of the serially-connected photoelectric conversion elements to the reverse-bias treatment, different potentials are imparted to three or more electrodes of the photoelectric conversion elements so as to simultaneously subject a plurality of the photoelectric conversion elements to the reverse-bias treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
