Pre-prepared mesh-film web for use on form, fill and seal machines

A pre-prepared mesh-film web is disclosed which is used on a conventional vertical form-fill-seal packing machine to form a plurality of mesh-film bags. The mesh if formed from plastic mesh in side by side longitudinal engagement so that the composite mesh is single layered except for longitudinal heat seal laps. A bag is typically formed by folding about the centreline shown to form a bag side and sealing along the other side and top and bottom (after introducing material into bag).
