A commercial transaction recommendation system using contextual information and a method thereof are provided to search the most suitable goods recommendation for a target and enable a user to friendly maintain the relationship with people related to him/her. A commercial transaction recommendation system comprises the followings: a server(110) providing the commodity information according to a information offer request; a contextual information server(120) providing contextual information of recommendation targets which a specified user requests, and storing the contextual information of a target registered by the user; a relationship information server(130) offering relationship information with the recommendation targets which the specified user requests, storing the registered relationship information with the recommendation targets inputted by the user; a zone entry monitoring system(140) which monitors whether the user enters into a designated region or not, and when the entry of the user to the designated region is notified, requests a commodity information server, a status information server and a relationship information server to provide information; and an inference server(150) recommending the goods and target to the user after determining the goods corresponding to the recommendation target by the provided information. |
