A SYSTEM FOR MANAGING SPECIMEN

摘要

An analyte management system is provided to establish the link DB of analyte information relating to patient information and develop the search interface the analyte management system. An analyte management system comprises an analyte tracking system(200) and an integrated information system(400). The analyte tracking system recognizes automatically an Excel file recording analyte preservation information', stores the recognized Excel file in a DB engine defined in advance, and searches and manages analyte by using a web interface using JAVA. The analyte tracking system connects an initial Excel file automatically continuously for the real-time operation of the analyte tracking to grasp the change of the Excel file, and updates automatically the content of the DB when there is the change of the Excel file. The integrated information system provides integrated information to a user by storing a search result by an automatic query to a center system(300) and comprising a search interface.
