In a timing measurement apparatus of a brake and a clutch of a press device, the timing measurement apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first probe connected between the clutch and the ground; a second probe connected between the brake and the ground; a power source part connected between a frame of the press device and the ground; a first resistor connected between the first probe and the power source part; a second resistor connected between the second probe and the power source part; and a control part which measures timing of the clutch and the brake, by sensing variation of a voltage applied to the first resistor and the second resistor.
