PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a coating capable of providing high aesthetic appearance even if used in a high temperature environment. SOLUTION: This composition 2 of the coating formed on a base 3 of the wall surface 1 of a heating cooking apparatus is formed of a multilayer coating with three or more layers. The intermediate layer 5 has metal titanium powder. The layer 6 at the upper side of the intermediate layer has permeability.
