PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of reducing a heat load to the refrigerator. SOLUTION: This refrigerator 100 comprises a heat insulating housing 110 having an outer peripheral portion forming an opening, a heat insulating door 120 for opening and closing the opening, a door packing 124 disposed on the heat insulating door 1 in a state of being closely kept into contact with the outer peripheral portion of the heat insulating housing 110 when the heat insulating door 120 closes the opening, and a heat transferring member 126 disposed on the heat insulating door 120 or the heat insulating housing 110 to close a clearance between the heat insulating housing 110 and the heat insulating door outside the outer periphery of the door packing 124 when the heat insulating door 120 closes the opening portion.
