PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sealing structure for a transmission casing having high sealing performance. SOLUTION: A reduction gear mechanism G is housed in a casing 110, and the casing 110 can be divided into first and second casings 112 and 114. The first meeting surface 112A of the divided first casing 112 and the second meeting surface 114A of the second casing 114 are tightly adhered to each other through a liquid packing P. In this sealing structure for the reduction gear casing, a corner formed of the first meeting surface 112A and the inner surface 112C of the first casing has a first notch 112B notched into a circular shape, and a corner formed of the second meeting surface 114A and the inner surface 114C of the second casing has a second notch 114B notched into a circular shape. A reservoir for the liquid packing P is formed of the first and the second notches 112B and 114B by joining the first and the second meeting surfaces 112A and 114A to each other.
