Disclosed is a water wheel including water wheel blades. The water wheel blades can enhance the rotational force generated by flowing water, even with a small amount, in order to increase the usage efficiency of the flowing water. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water wheel includes: a pair of water wheel gears which is fixed to the front shaft to rotate with a rotary shaft and is installed to be spaced apart from the direction of the water flow; a track chain which is coupled to the water wheel gear pair in the form of a caterpillar track and mesh with the water wheel gears to rotate therewith; and multiple water wheel blades which are installed on the track chain at predetermined intervals to provide a rotational force to the track chain in order to rotate the water wheel gears. In addition, the water wheel blades include: a flowing water inlet unit which has a rectangular plate formed in the shape of an arc-shaped curved surface and guides the inflow of the water drawn in through a flowing water inlet into the water wheel blades after the flowing water crashes thereto; and a flow speed increasing unit which is integrated and formed on a rear end of the flowing water inlet unit to be extended therefrom, has a rectangular plate bent to form a rotary curved surface having a curve ratio greater than that of the flowing water inlet unit, and increases the flow speed by rotating the water flowing in through the flowing water inlet unit along the rotary curved surface. |
