摘要 The present invention relates to a multi-action hybrid damping device capable of absorbing and reducing energy due to wind loads or earthquake loads by operating in multi-stages against various sizes of horizontal loads by separately controlling initial strength and yield strength of a damping device. The multi-action hybrid damping device provided between a member at one side and a member at the other side for strengthening earthquake resistance comprises: a T-shaped steel comprising a flange and a web connected to the flange, wherein outer surfaces at both sides of the flange are bolt-coupled to the member at one end, respectively, and a washer is provided between the bolt and the member at one end spaced apart from the flange from the member at one side; L-shaped steels provided as a pair at both sides of the web for the T-shaped steel, wherein a leg at one side is coupled to one side of the web for the T-shaped steel and a leg at the other side is coupled to the member at the other side; a friction pad provided between the web of the T-shaped steel and the leg at one side of the L-shaped steel and damping energy according to the movement in a protruding direction of the web of the T-shaped steel; and a friction bolt and nut interconnecting the pair of L-shaped steels from the outer side of the T-shaped steel web.
