PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize sintering for joining between the surface made of nickel and the surface made of a metal or an alloy.SOLUTION: Provided is a composite body comprising: the first component having the first surface made of nickel; the second component having the second surface confronted with the first surface and made of a metal or an alloy; and a joint interposed between the first and second surfaces and mutually joining them, comprising tin and at least either silver or copper, and in which at least a part of the silver and copper is present in a form of particles joined each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
