The present invention relates to a composition for vasorelaxation. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for vasorelaxation, containing a mantis nest extract. According to the present invention, the composition containing the mantis nest extract as an active ingredient exhibits vasorelaxation effects in vascular smooth muscles in a concentration-dependent manner. In addition, the composition also shows vasorelaxation effects by regulating a nitric oxide (NO)-cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) pathway.
