A remote monitoring system of a self-service laundry comprises a sensor mounted on a device such as a washer or a dryer to check whether the device is operating. A central processing device stores information collected and received from the sensor in the central processing device and automatically uploads the information online to provide the information when a user provides information and processes a request of the user for the device operated on a reservation basis. A manager running the self-service laundry is provided with usage information of a specific device during a prescribed period of time to allow the manager to calculate sales and use the usage information as data for failure inspection. |
