PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axle spring that can improve flame retardant property while maintaining durability and mechanical characteristic.SOLUTION: An axle spring with a fireproof cover includes: the axle spring with a rubber elastic body; and a cylindrical fireproof cover 7 mounted with respect to the axle spring so as to surround the rubber elastic body in an airtight manner. The fireproof cover 7 has flame retardant property and the interior of the fireproof cover 7 is filled with an inert gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
