PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held type lawn mower that simultaneously makes it possible to prevent breakage of a cutting part and collect grass chips, and can make a trim height as low as possible.SOLUTION: A hand-held type lawn mower comprises: a body housing 2; a drive mechanism part 3 which is built in the body housing 2; a cutting part 4 which is positioned in outer front of the body housing 2, driven by drive power of the drive mechanism part 3, and cuts an object to be cut off such as lawn; and an edge-trimming guide 5 which is positioned below the body housing 2, in which the edge-trimming guide 5 comprises: a guard part 52 which is positioned below the cutting part 4; and a grass-collecting part which is continuously provided backward from the guard part 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
