PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a vehicle with a multistage automatic transmission, capable of ensuring excellent responsibility at the time when re-acceleration is requested, while suppressing complication of a hydraulic circuit or increase of fuel consumption due to the enlargement of the capacity of an electric oil pump.SOLUTION: A multistage automatic transmission 2 includes a third speed that cannot be formed by an electric pump 84, and a fourth speed that can be formed by the electric pump 84 and is on a higher shift stage side than the third speed. When the shift stage of the multistage automatic transmission 2 is the third speed in vehicle deceleration, combustion of an engine 1 is stopped, and in combustion stop or in a state where combustion is stopped, the shift stage is changed to the fourth stage by the electric pump 84.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
