<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction apparatus which detects the destruction of a PTS of an MPEG2TS and performs flag processing on the assumption that the PTS is not present, and prevents the abnormal operation of a decoder. <P>SOLUTION: A reproduction apparatus is obtained which includes: a tuner 71 which receives and demodulates a broadcasting signal and outputs the MPEG2TS (Transport Stream) 11; a storage section 72 which continuously stores a plurality of the PTSs (Presentation Time Stamps) included in a PES (Packetized Elementary Stream) of the MPEG2TS 11; a reproduction section 76 while reproduces the MPEG2TS in accordance with time information that the PTS indicates, when an identification flag (pts-dts flags) contained in the PES indicates the presence of the PTS; and a control section 51 which performs control to avoid the abnormal operation of the decoder within a range where the identification flag is reloaded, using the reproduction section by reloading the identification flag of the PTS including a differential into the non-presence of the PTS if a differential of time information indicated by a plurality of adjacent PTSs, exceeds a predetermined value in comparison with the plurality of PTSs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
