PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply power via a power supplying plug without operating an ignition switch. SOLUTION: In this vehicle-mounted power supply device 10 for supplying power via a power supplying plug 11, a batter 20 is connected with the power supplying plug 11 by an electric conducting path L1. A relay 12 changes a conducting condition of the electric conducting path L1 between conduction and non-conduction. A relay driving part 155 controls the relay 12 to conduct the electric conducting path L1, so as to supply the power to the power supplying plug 11 from the battery 20 when it is detected that a connection plug 50 is mounted to the power supplying plug 11 by a mounting detection part 156.
