PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink label having excellent productivity and decorative properties comprising a shrink film in which compressive strength, storage stability, transparency, printability and sealing properties are compossible together, and a container having the label. SOLUTION: The shrink label 1 according to the present invention comprises the shrink film 4 and a printed layer 5. The shrink film 4 further comprises a base layer part 3 composed of 80-95 wt.% of a polystyrene resin constituent and 5-20 wt.% of a polyester resin constituent, and lamination layer parts 2 composed of a polystyrene resin on the both sides.
