<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an electromagnetic shielding property in a radiation measuring instrument. <P>SOLUTION: A scintillator member 208 has a coating film 210 on an upper face of a scintillator 209. The coating film 210 is a separation film formed by a heat transfer system. The coating film 210 has a protection layer 212 and a light shielding layer 214. A plurality of protrusions 220 is formed on a reverse side of a front face plate 206, the respective protrusions 220 are penetrated through the protection layer 212 to reach the light shielding layer 214, and a container 202 is thereby connected electrically to the light shielding layer 214. Alternatively, one portion of the protection layer 212 is removed to expose the light shielding layer, and one portion of the container may be brought into contact with an exposed portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
