SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING NEWSPAPER DELIVERY SERVICE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK

A newspaper delivery service supply system in a mobile communication network and a method are provided to deliver newspaper files received from each newspaper company to newspaper subscribers mobile communication terminals by using multicasting technology, so terminal users receive the newspaper files through the terminals without communication charges. Newspaper company servers(20) are equipped in each newspaper company, and provide newspaper files manufactured as daily newspaper. A multicast service center(30) generates a multicast message including the newspaper files by receiving the newspaper files from the servers(20), and multicasts the generated multicast message to mobile communication terminals(10) of subscribers registered in a newspaper delivery service through a mobile communication network.
