<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a signal of a display side can be prevented from mixing with a signal of a light reception side through parasitic capacitance and the display side and the light reception side can be operated asynchronously. <P>SOLUTION: A shielding conductive film 244 is provided between a light receiving element 221 and a pixel electrode 246 on the display side in the display device incorporating the light receiving element and is set to a fixed potential, whereby the display-side signal is prevented from mixing with an image pickup-side signal through the parasitic capacitance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
