<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor control system, motor control devices, and a motor control method with which a compressor having higher reliability than before does not require an increase in the capacity of a motor and the motor control devices. <P>SOLUTION: The compressor control system comprises the compressor 60 having a valve at an air intake port, the motor 50 for operating the compressor 60, and the motor control devices 10 to 40 for controlling the rotational speed of the motor 50 and driving the motor 50. In the compressor control system, the motor control devices 10 to 40 maintain the rotational speed of the motor 50 at a constant value, stably without erroneously stopping, during a period when a high motor torque is demanded until the valve 80 of the air intake port is opened, upon starting the motor 50 under a condition in which pressure inside the compressor 60 is higher than the atmospheric pressure.
