PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound signal correction device for contributing to favorable reduction of wind noise. SOLUTION: Four microphones are arranged diagonally forward right, diagonally forward left, diagonally backward right, and diagonally backward left so that there is constantly the microphone which is not likely to receive wind. A low frequency band component including the wind noise is extracted from respective channel signals by using four LPFs (low-pass filter), and generation of the wind noise is detected based on correlation of the low frequency band components between channels. When the wind noise is generated, the output signal of the LPF of which output signal level is lowest is selected, and the low frequency band components of the respective channel signals are corrected by using the output signal of the LPF.
