PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to express colors which come closer to black from a basic color when forming an image using a chromatic color developer and an achromatic color developer which express a part of the entire color phase range. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 2 for processing image information includes a printer controller 201 for generating drawing information based on obtained image information. The drawing information includes plural pieces of chromatic color information related to the use amount of plural kinds of chromatic color developers to be used by the image forming apparatus 2 when executing image formation, achromatic color information related to the use amount of an achromatic color developer to be used by the image forming apparatus when executing image formation, and nonuse chromatic color information indicating that at least one chromatic color developer out of a plurality of them is not used.
