PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit for suppressing accuracy degradation in an oscillation frequency with a simple circuit configuration, and to provide a semiconductor device using the same. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit and the semiconductor device using the same comprise: MOS capacitors (MC1-MCn) which are formed in the well of a semiconductor substrate, and whose back gate, drain and source are connected to the GND; delay inverters (DIU1-DIUn) in which the MC1-MCn are connected to the output; a ring oscillator in which the DIU1-DIUn of odd-numbered stages are serially connected in a ring shape; and a bias circuit for generating a prescribed constant current I1 by a resistor element externally attached to an external terminal, supplying bias voltages (BP and BN) corresponding to the I1 to the DIU1-DIUn and charging and discharging the MC1-MCn by a current equivalent to the I1 according to a current mirror configuration with the DIU1-DIUn.
