<p>A system and method for implementing multicast service and internet protocol television (IPTV) service by the communication network cell, wherein the network cell includes a multicast service module and an IPTV service module; the multicast service module is used to implement forwarding of the multicast protocol packet and data; IPTV service module is used to IPTV service management and user authentication. The multicast service cooperates with the IPTV service , so as to independently control the IPTV service to start or close.</p> |
