<p>Intended is to optimize the multiple control factors of a four-channel type cement kiln burner apparatus in each cement kiln for a short time period. The cement kiln burner apparatus (1) comprises a plurality of passages partitioned into a plurality of concentrically cylindrical members. The passages include a solid powder fuel passage (2) having rotating means (2a) for a solid powder fuel flow, a first air passage (3) arranged adjacent to and on the outer side of that passage and having air flow rotating means (3a), a second air passage (4) arranged adjacent to and on the outer side of that passage, and a third air passage (5) arranged adjacent to and on the inner side of the solid powder fuel passage and having air flow rotating means (5a). The rotational angle of the solid powder fuel flow at the leading end of the solid powder fuel passage is one half of or smaller than the rotational angles of the individual air flows at the leading ends of the first air passage and the second air passage. The rotational angle of the solid powder fuel flow can be set at 3 degrees to 15 degrees, and the rotational angles of the first air flow passage and the second air flow passage can be set at 30 degrees to 50 degrees.</p> |
