PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted yarn capable of providing elongation without depending on elastic materials such as rubber. SOLUTION: First fibers consisting of a first conjugate fibers are firstly twisted, and second fibers consisting of a second conjugate fibers or a false-twisted fibers are finally twisted around the first twisted first fibers, thereby yielding a composite yarn and the composite yarn is heat treated under no tension.
