PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo adhesion sheet which is capable of preventing a surface sheet after peeling from being curled and easily obtaining a desired peelability and, moreover, can be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The pseudo adhesion sheet comprises a support body 11, a surface sheet 12 and a pseudo adhesive layer 13 which is adhered such that the support body 11 and the surface sheet 12 can be peeled and can not be re-adhered, wherein the pseudo adhesive layer 13 is formed according to a wet lamination method and an easily peelable part 14 containing a water-repellent component and a water-absorbing component is formed on a surface of the surface sheet 12 side or a surface of the support body 11 side of the surface sheet 12 in a pattern shape.
