PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester composition which gives a film low in generation of gaps called void generated around particles contained therein even when drawing at a high rate in order to decrease thermal expansion coefficient and moisture expansion coefficient, easily and sufficiently develops surface ruggedness and, as a result, can develop excellent dimensional stability. SOLUTION: The polyester composition comprises a polyester comprising a 6,6'-(alkylenedioxy)di-2-naphthoic acid component and a dicarboxylic acid component of phenylene or naphthalen-diyl, wherein the ratio of the former is in a range of 5-80 mol% based on the molar number of the whole acid component, and a glycolic component of a 2-4C alkylene glycol component, and a crosslinked organic particle having≤100 MPa strength when 10% deformed and 0.05-5μm average particle diameter.
