SCINTILLATOR PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator plate excellent in luminance and sharpness. SOLUTION: The scintillator plate has a scintillator layer formed by heating a phosphor raw material which includes cesium iodide (CsI) as a main component and evaporating a substance generated by the heating on a substrate.
