The present invention provides Pseudozyma churashimaensis RGJ1 strain which induces induced systemic resistance with respect to plant pathogens or plant virus separated from a pepper plant, a microorganism preparation for controlling plant diseases or increasing plant yields which comprises the strain or a culture medium thereof as an active component, a method for preparing the microorganism preparation comprising the step of culturing the strain, and a method for controlling plant diseases comprising the step of dipping the strain or the culture medium thereof into a plant seedling, soil-drenching the strain or the culture medium thereof, or foliage-treating the strain or the culture medium thereof in the aerial part. Pseudozyma churashimaensis RGJ1 strain according to the present invention can be used as a naturally friendly biological agent which is free of environmental contamination generated due to side effects of agricultural chemicals and risks of human body toxicity due to residual agricultural chemicals. Further, Pseudozyma churashimaensis RGJ1 strain according to the present invention is judged to be used industrially usefully by having an effect of controlling infectious diseases and fungi of a pepper plant and an effect of increasing disease resistance of the plant. |
