The present invention relates to a weld bead removing apparatus for removing weld bead protrusively formed when welding is performed to weld metal plates or metal structure blocks to create a large metal structure, and more specifically, to a weld bead removing apparatus for automatically removing a weld bead generated when metal plates or blocks are welded using welding, in particular, a weld bead formed in a part hard for a worker to work such as a side portion of a metal structure or a ceiling, without a worker. In the present invention, since a movable housing can be continuously moved forward with respect to a main housing by a traveling unit, a weld bead can be quickly removed by a cutting blade of a cutting unit installed in the moving housing without a worker, obtaining an effect of enhancing workability and uniformly removing a weld bead protruding from a surface of a metal plate to have the same height as that of the surface of the metal plate, regardless of working capability of the worker. Moreover, a weld bead formed on a ceiling of a large metal structure can be completely removed through mobility of the movable housing movable in a horizontal direction from the main housing by the traveling unit and adhesive strength of a leg cylinder of the main housing and a leg cylinder of the movable housing each including an electromagnet with respect to the metal plate, without a worker. |
