A coffee sterilization system according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a receiving container for receiving a dutch coffee extract; a filter for filtering the dutch coffee extract supplied from the receiving container; a sterilizing unit for sterilizing the filtered dutch coffee extract at a low temperature; and, a storing container for storing at a low temperature the dutch coffee extract that has passed through the sterilizing unit.
