The present invention relates to a smart device including: a user input unit for receiving information from a user; an analysis unit for analyzing the information; a control module for controlling an agent to execute a corresponding service based on the analyzed information; and one or more agents activated depending on control operation of the control module and providing the corresponding service. According to the present invention, basic and additional operations provided by the smart device can be promptly performed according to user′s request; services in partnership can be promptly provided without going through several steps; a chatting with a virtual character or an online user can be performed through voice or text; and a proper emoticon suitable for an expression change and chatting content are also displayed during chatting, whereby user satisfaction of the smart device is enhanced and competitiveness of a product can be expected. |
