PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To represent evaluation information with high accuracy by estimating information relating to a movable body as a cause of a factor by every factor of increase and decrease of an energy consumption amount of the movable body.SOLUTION: A movable body information acquisition device 100 includes a present information acquisition section 101 for acquiring information relating to actual energy consumption consumed in accompany with traveling of a movable body and a traveling speed of the movable body, a road section acquiring section 102 for acquiring information indicating a specific road section, an estimating section 103 for estimating information relating to the movable body causing a factor by every factor of increase and decrease of the energy consumption of the movable body on the basis of the actual energy consumption acquired by the present information acquiring section 101 when the movable body travels in the specific road section, and the information relating to a traveling speed, and a calculating section 104 for calculating a variation to a standard, of the information relating to the movable body estimated by the estimating section 103 by every factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
