PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device that hardly generates mist, and to provide an inkjet recording method.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device includes: an ink storage container 1 for storing a solvent-base ink composition; a recording head 2 for discharging the solvent-base ink composition; and an ink supply passage for supplying the solvent-base ink composition to the recording head 2 from the ink storage container 1. At least part of a member coming into contact with the solvent-base ink composition out of members constituting the ink storage container, the recording head 2 and the ink supply passage includes a grounded conductive member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
