PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a food for non-fry cooking capable of providing the food for non-fry cooking having good texture and adhesiveness, a mix for non-fry cooking and the food for non-fry cooking.SOLUTION: The invention provides a manufacturing method of a food for non-fry cooking including at least an adhesion process for adhering (A) a puffed food coarse particle derived from cereal, (B) powdery oligosaccharide of 5 to 25 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the puffed food coarse particle, (C) pregelatinized starch of 5 to 25 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the puffed food coarse particle to food materials, a mix for non-fry cooking containing at least (A) to (C) and the food for non-fry cooking where the mix for non-fry cooking adheres to food materials.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
