PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film with an adhesive layer, which has excellent durability, hardly causes warpage of a display panel, and hardly generates thermal irregularity, even when a thin optical film is used.SOLUTION: An optical film with an adhesive layer 10A includes an optical film 2A and an adhesive layer 1 laminated on at least one surface of the optical film 2A. The surface of the optical film in contact with the adhesive layer 1 is composed of an acrylic resin. The adhesive layer 1 is made of an adhesive obtained from an adhesive composition comprising: a (meth)acrylate copolymer (A) including, as monomer units constituting the polymer, an alicyclic structure-containing monomer (a1) and an aromatic ring-containing monomer (a2); and a crosslinking agent (B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
