PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that can reduce variation of colors recognized by observers due to individual difference of a color-matching function.SOLUTION: A display device (100) comprises a self-luminous display panel (10), and has a plurality of pixels (P). Each pixel is configured by plural sub pixels containing a red sub-pixel (R), a green sub-pixel (G), and a blue sub-pixel (B). The display panel includes a red light emitting element (1r), a green light emitting element (1g), and a blue light emitting element (1b). The spectral half maximum full-width of each of red light, green light, and blue light emitted by the red light emitting element, the green light emitting element, and the blue light emitting element is 10 nm or less, respectively. A plurality of sub-pixels constituting each pixel further contains a yellow sub-pixel (Ye), and the display panel is provided in a region corresponding to the yellow sub-pixel, and has a yellow light emitting element (1y) for emitting yellow light whose main wavelength ranges from not less than 550 nm to not more than 600 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
