This communication connector is characterized by being provided with multiple electric wires (11, 12, 13, 14) for transmitting communication signals, multiple terminals (20) connected to the electric wires (11, 12, 13, 14), a housing (30) which houses the multiple terminals (20), and an insulating coating (15) which collectively covers the electric wires (11, 12, 13, 14), wherein the ends of the electric wires (11, 12, 13, 14) to the side of the terminals (20) are exposed parts not covered by the insulating coating (15). The communication connector is further characterized by being provided with a conductive first shield member (61) which is interposed between the insulating coating (15) and a pair of adjacent electric wires (11A, 11B) of the multiple electric wires (11, 12, 13, 14), and a conductive second shield member (62) which encompasses the pair of the exposed parts (19A, 19B) of the pair of electric wires (11A, 11B), wherein the first shield member (61) and the second shield member (62) are connected electrically. |
