PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam recovery system capable of stably recovering steam having high dryness from a separation part and stably discharging drain from the separation part.SOLUTION: A steam recovery system 16 according to the invention includes: a flash tank 23; a pressure sensor 31; a water level detector 32; a temperature sensor 33; a controller 34; a steam discharge line L21; a first drain discharge line L22; a second drain discharge line L23; a steam control valve V21; a first drain discharge valve V22; and a second drain discharge valve V23. The controller 34 controls the steam control valve V21 on the basis of a detection result of the pressure sensor 31 and discharges flash steam 28 from the flash tank 23. |
