PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shielding device for injection molding which shields and reduces heat conduction between an injection nozzle of an injection molding machine and an injection molding mold to reduce energy loss and improve moldability.SOLUTION: A heat shielding device for injection molding consists of a heat shielding plate body 6 having a laminate structure composed of metal-made support substrates 21A and 21B and a heat shielding layer 22 and is attached and fixed removably and replaceably to an injection molding mold 4. The heat shielding plate body 6 has a connection bearing-surface part 20 which has such a shape and size as to cover tightly the connection bearing surface 11 connected with an injection nozzle 7 in the injection part of the injection molding mold 4, and the connection bearing-surface part 20 has a spherical-surface-shaped heat shielding connection bearing surface 25 corresponding to the tip shape of the injection nozzle 7 in a state where the heat shielding plate body 6 is attached and fixed removably and replaceably to the injection molding mold 4. The formation of the heat shielding connection bearing surface 25 in the injection part of the injection molding mold 4 shields heat conduction between the injection molding mold 4 and the injection nozzle 7 of the injection molding machine effectively. |
